my thermoeter reads 90 faren
in the sun
but it is a little windy
is it ok to take my cham outside for some sun?
it is pretty sunny
for once
i can take them out cage and all

You can always drape a towel over part of the cage to block wind from the side and provide a shady spot in case he gets too hot. Just keep an eye on him. He will probably bask and turn dark for a while as he's absorbing sun, then take a break out of the light. If he starts climbing around rapidly and showing stress colors it is time to bring him in.
