~ BIG KONG basking with Kachina ~

PHEve Apr 29, 2004 12:38 PM

Well its his back anyway, heheee they looked cool when I was just in there passing salads out, so I had to click AGAIN, LOL

Vonnie as far as your question about him free roaming and the girls, (they dont get lost!!))

No furniture in there, just tanks along all four walls some on the floor level , some on a long cabinet counter along the longest wall.

Rock pile and plants in the center of room. And logs, cinder blocks to run through are here and there.

Then Kongs Basking corner, is a pile of slate on bricks, with logs for the other lizards when they come out too. And his lights are above him.

It was a bedroom so there is a closet with french doors, BUT I used masking tape and taped them shut along bottom so nobody can get in there.

I have a solid wood gate on the main door enterance, they cant come out into the hall. Or I leave gate off and shut door and put a towel along bottom.

I know every rock they sleep under, so I check at night and make sure they are there.

I'm here all day so I look in on them also. !
