for all the women out there...... funny story

Chameleon996 Apr 29, 2004 06:01 PM

So I had saved up $200.00 for an upcoming show in my area. It's not a big show because of where I live but it is the only one. Usually only one person with chams, a few with various lizards, one or two with beardies and lots and lots of snakes. I saved the money thinking maybe I would find somethingI wanted.

Then two days before the show like a typical husband mine gets a $165.00 speeding ticket. Guess where my money went!!!!

I go to the show anyway because I needed crickets and guess what was there. A guy in from Ind. with Nosey Bees for $150.00. Never have I seen panthers at this show.

Needless to say my husband new I was mad, when I told him what they were he walked away and I couldn't find him for half an hour. I'm going back to the show this week but the guy won't be there, he's in Ind. and the show is in Pa. If my loving husband screws up again you'll see a "free to good home" add in the classifieds LOL...

I think a few of us men would have hawked the brand-new, custom fitted driving iron that we just bought, to pay for our own speeding ticket.

However, I don't think it's too late.. These kind of flubbs cane be undone by finding the closest holiday and righting the wrong on the given day. This is the old "kill 2 birds..." routine.

So, if you get a panther cham for memorial day.. don't be shocked.

Men can be resourcefuf...

Yes, and some of our women can't keep their hands off. Who can blame em?

If most men are like me, then dont expect a Nosy Be for memorial day. Expect your husband to expect breakfast in bed.
