I have 2 c.b. females that have laid eggs for the first time this year. They are laying them one at a time over a few days. This week one laid four eggs from monday to today. The other laid three in the same amount of time. Has anyone else had first time breeders lay like this? Out of the 7 ,five are fertile which gives me 5 fertile out of 12 this year. My female that laid a clutch that had a white baby last year ,laid the five infertile eggs. She laid them in January before she was with the male. There is always next year! LOL
