How do I tell the difference between Tremper,Bell,and Rainwater albinos. n/p

That's the question I was gonna ask!!!!

Also, I think if someone breeds one strain with another, they will produce commons. Is this right?

Actually, would they be double hets? ie. TA RA = het for TA or het for RA... etc.?

the best you can do is make an educated guess. The only way to know for sure is

A. To know the parentage
B. To test by breeding with a gecko of same strain you think albino as and see if you get albinos

I personally find that the trempers tend to be brighter with more intense colors, even when they are light animals, and the rainwaters tend to be more pastel-y- when they are a little darker they don't get more vivid/contrasty like trempers, just darker...if that makes any sense.

As for Bells I find they often look like dark Trempers. If you don't know what kind of albino gecko it is and are guessing between bell and tremper- guess Tremper. There are many more of them around than bells and that's probably what it is.

However all of this is just educated guesswork...no one can tell you for sure what kind it is just by looking at it.
