I started to think that I wasn't feeding my leos enough because they kept trying to bite each others tails. Two of them are huge pigs, and one has not been eating as much as them. So last night I gave them about 15 butterworms, well the little blizzard ate all of them except 1 (which the other pig, Albino ate). After the blizzard (who had a very big tummy) lay down, I put in about 20 crickets because the little hypo won't eat the worms. I really wanted the little one to get his fair share. As soon as I put in the crickets the blizzard woke up and went to work eating almost all of them again. I managed to get the little one to eat about 6 crickets.
Tonight they still all seem so full, so I am not going to feed them. I know I over-fed the blizzard, I will separate him next feeding. Is there anything I can do to help him out? he's tummy is pretty big and a bit lumpy. He did just take a poop though, I think that is a good thing. Poor little pig, it was twice as big as normal.
After all of this I know separation is a must. I don't want to have to separate them at every feeding. I am getting a custom made tank with 4 separate enclosures (room for one more
, I'm thinking AFT), which should be done in a couple of weeks. What would you all reccommend doing untill then? Should I put them in separate tupperwear bins? Thanks for any replies,
Lisa
