What's the scientific name of the animal for sale?
How long does it live? What is the maxiumum size as an adult? What is the minimum cage size for an adult? What does it eat and how often? Optimal day and night temperatures?
Are the animals captive bred or wild-caught? If they say captive bred, ask why they say that. (I've gotten the CB response for animals that price alone guaranteed were WC - the store thought they were CB just because "the supplier is in FL".)
What are common health problems? What sort of humidity does it need? Does it need UVB? Does it need a heat rock? How old is it? Has a fecal been done to check for parasites?
