GIANTS???

SpikeNsquirt May 01, 2004 12:52 PM

Was just wondering if anyone in here owns a Tremper Giant? My husband just bought 2 from Ron Tremper for me for our anniversary, but I can't get them until at least May 13th. If anyone does have one how are their temperments?

I just bought 2 from ron 2 weeks ago and they have great personalities. My male is the one pictured on his web site( a yellow phase albino marked sold to s.a.)and he loves being held.I am still letting them settle in though. My female is a giant yellow phase albino also and is a little more skittish but if I give her a little longer she should calm down.Their color and size were excellent!!! Ron is a great man to do business with.

i hope to/plan to get 3 this fall. A tangerine or carrot head male, a tangerine female, and a yellow phase banded female.

I purchased a Tremper Giant male het albino from Tremper a little over a year ago. While I am a little disappointed in the lack of size, the temperment of this gecko is the best of all of my geckos. I do a lot of presentations at my kids' school and he is always the one that I let them hold. He is very calm and has never once lashed out at anyone. He is a great gecko.

You can never have just one gecko. Actually it is almost impossible to have two
