How to post an image?

My photos are to big to post in the photo gallery and I do not know how to minimize them. How do you post an image from your email and the gallery? Any help with these issues would be nice,I am a computer idiot. Thanks in advance.

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
