Please dont be offended by this. But, if you have to ask you probbaly dont have enough experence with the animals in question to be mixing species. the only time it is possible to mix species is when they share the same (or very similar) living conditions in the wild, and you have a huge tank.
I dont know much at all about the particular frogs you asked about but im assuming that the tiger leg is a bit bigger than the clown frog and would see it as lunch.

No, they shouldn't be mixed. P hypochondrialis is form a totally different habitat than H. leucophylatta, there fore by keeping both species together, only one species would have the right requirements, the other(s) would get stressed and die.
