scorpion antivenom

Does anyone know of any antivenom for the Indian scorpion, Buthus (Parabuthus) tamulus? Or has anyone looked at the cross protection by African parabuthus antivenoms? India has a fairly high morality amongst small children from B.tamulus stings but no antivenom made here.
