Help with eggs

ajd May 02, 2004 10:19 AM

This is my first time breeding and I now have 8 fertile eggs the first clutch is 58 day in the incubator at temps between 84 and 87 degrees F. How long should I wait and is there any thing I could do to speed them along? Also, how long is the longest it has taken your eggs to hatch? One last thing, The eggs have visually gotten bigger in the last week or two is this a sign they are going to hatch soon. What are some of the signs.

At temps of 84-87, they should hatch in the next 3 days. When they bolk up like you siad, that means they are going to hatch in the next week or so. 60 days is about right for those temps.

I wouldn't be suprized if they hatch tomarrow. Good luck
