I have my first clutch of corn eggs coming in a few days. I bought the turbo-fan styrofoam model, and all I have heard is that it tends to dry out eggs. Not only that, I have been testing it, and the fan generates too much heat. How do I disengage the fan? I would hate to cut the wires...is there anything else I could do? I am a little apprehensive about sticking them in the closet as well. Any ideas?
