what are the different types of plastic sheeting are people using??

Expanded PVC

High Density Polyethylene

Styrene

ABS

Acrylic (aka Plexiglass)

Polycarbonate (aka Lexan)

I feel like I'm forgetting something...

I was looking into buying the Expanded pvc sheets. I dont want to ask for to much but do you have any cage plans you can share with me?? If so just give me an email, if not I understand.

I do not use any cage plans. I simply come up with an idea and then try to tweak the measurements until I maximize the use of readily available materials. Typically all of my cage and racks are very simple designs. I have the experience to make them more complex but I prefer to stick with simple when possible. In other words, there are really no need for plans as my stuff is just a modified box.

Tell me what you're building and what thickness of material you plan to use and I'll gladly help you with a "cut list".

I use expanded pvc, normal pvc (very rarely) and polypropylene (I use the poly in 1/2" applications, and it works great)
