i house a pair of blue tegus in an outdoor 4x8' cage after awakening from their winter coma i didnt notice the damage the male was doing to her constant harasment and chewing the neck (almost raw) . she has gone off food ,and a lil slow so i had to isolate her the only spare cage was a lg. aq. indoors w/ air cond.so its been a few days and today i administered first aid. by soaking her in a lg tub w/ a splash of betadine sol.and q tipping betadine over the wounds she is now isolated outdoors and warming up her appetite i hope . any help would be appreciated. thanx Chris......
