Feeding tongs

cvonrosen Jun 15, 2003 11:43 PM

i feel like the luckiest guy on earth. I didnt know that my garters would take a fuzzy right out of feeding tongs. I have one pretty large wandering garter that i saved from a cat. its tail is bitten off, it ate two biggg fuzzies. ive had it for about three days.

My other cb common garter is about 15-16 inches and it just consumed one fuzzy.
The thing i do is use working pliers and shake the fuzzy in the air or on the snakes shedding rock and that seems to simulate the snake to eat.
I will be posting pics soon
