Provent A Mite killing herps?

ghettozoohouse May 03, 2004 12:15 AM

I recently had 2 colubrids drop dead. I've been dealing with snakes for a long time and the only thing different is I use provent a mite. I use it as directed. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have had it happen also.
A western hog,the day after treating his entire body kinked up in most peculiar way.He didn't survive long. I recommend Reptile Relief.

you might still have that hog if you read the back of the can.
"to kill mites and ticks IN reptile enclosures"
"REMOVE reptile and water from enclosure"
"spray SUBSTRATE"
"ventilate the enclosure well until spray has COMPLETELY dried and ALL vapors have dissipated"
"replace reptile and water"
"WARNING:do not allow reptile to breath vapors"
