Picked up this little male from a local friend of mine. I've been selling off all my amazons, but thought it'd be nice to at least have a pair left over, especially including my very productive adult female, so why not just a cool pair of garden phase? It was a tough decision, but this guy ultimately just jumped out at me... he's incredibly dark, and I love the contrast. Funny, as I went out with the intention of aquiring a completely different animal. Anyway, thought you'd enjoy seeing the new addition.

P.S. He's a pretty fresh import, and has the attitude to show it, but took a f/t rat fuzzy off tongs without hesitation... always a good sign.

Hey Christian, sorry to here your getting out of Ammies!
I'm also a friend of John and Mike, I bought the pair of Emeralds that they brought in. I saw your garden phase the same day. The photo doesn't really show it well ,but it almost looks like one of Danny Mendez's striped phase Ammies. Cool lookin' critter! I've also picked up a pair of garden phase females from them. I'll have to post pictures some day. I hope to meet you someday, hopefully I'll get to meet Yasser there tomorrow.
