My BRNs prefer scrambled. Hard boiled is a bit dry and messy for them. They like them fried the least, I think its the olive oil I use for cooking.
Scrambled is good. Raw isn't safe, and how can they pick it up to eat it??

Without the milk they cannot digest it i did some volunteer work a few years back for a reptile rescue place near me and in the time i was here i saw three monitors two iguanas and about four snakes all bought in severely ill because there owners had been force feeding them milk, I arn't 100% sure but i think all bar 1 died

or can i just use the same eggs as i eat

Just use the same eggs you eat. They dont' need special ones. I hard boil them, so I can't speak to scrambling them. But if you do scramble them, don't add milk or cheese. It's for your monitor, not you.
Also, you shouldn't feed your monitor eggs too often. I've heard from more experienced keepers that it can be bad for them to do it too often. Maybe only once a week.

They can drink raw eggs (slurp, slurp, yummm), or take them whole (shell and all if they are big enough). It is the only way I know to keep an argus busy with food for a couple minutes, mice are swallowed quicker than you can throw them in the cage. Besides, I've eaten raw eggs and I turned out ok... oops bad example hahahahaha

I don't think chicken eggs (raw or not), are that great of a food to be used as a staple though. Just something different to keep things interesting perhaps only for keepers sake.
