what do you have to do when going away for a week

What do you do when you have to go away on a vacation with your family for a week or more and no one wil be in the house? Should I ask someone to come in and care for it? What happens if no one is willing to care for it? What to do? Also, not only feeding but the water bowl must be changed daily as well. Probably not many people will be willing to come in everyday to look after someone else's snake. Any suggestions?

I would just go ahead and leave a large water bowl filled with water. Even if the water isn't good after the first day or two, most snakes can go without water for much longer than just a week. When I leave for trips over the summer, I always just make sure the snake has a clean cage, was not fed too recently (fouls the tank and if the snake regurgitates, you will come home to a house that smells like a corpse is in the closet), and keep the temps a little lower (in case of fires and such). I have never had any problems.
