For those of you looking for ways to build simple drippers for cheap, I came across a product at Home Depot called Orbit's Flexmist. It is a 12" flexible tubing with an adjustable drip/mist valve on the end. They work great and they cost.99 a piece. the valve is more controllable that many others i've used.
