sharingan May 04, 2004 04:45 PM

what size cage in terms of length should i start out with for a yougn or hatchling boa? what size cage in length will they need (inches) when adults? if hatchlings are placed in too big of a cage will they get stressed? ive heard this somewhere that u need to start out small and work ur way up. i would rather, if allowable, start out with one big cage

The general rule of thumb for cage size is 1 square foot of floor space for 1 foot of body length.
