I know this is probably agravating beyond all else but I am having so much trouble posting a picture of a rock setup I made... It is because the file is over 250k and won't post on kingsnake's gallery, so, can anyone tell me how to reduce the size of the picture so I can post it... again sorry for extremely random and stupid question but I couldn't find help anywhere else....

is that adobe photoshop? No I don't have any photo editing software, all I have is a video program that can't resize photos... Is there anything I can download that will do the trick?

I know on my digi cam I can change the quality of the pic on the camera to lower or raise the kb's. Maybe you have that option as well. Hope this helps.

You might want to try going to wingimp.org....and dling a program on there called wingimp....once you install it...you should be able to right click on your image and go to image menu and select scale image....this is what my husband uses...if you have anymore questions...you can ask about it and I'll ask him....hope this helps
