To speak for mark. That football size female he talked about did not have her babies yet but soon. That I am sure came from marks last few yellows he has left. You got a great animal, mark has the best yellows i have seen and his business is great.

you think mark has one breeding pair? I just know thats not from the one he posted about earlier being football sized. Mark petros breeds and sells a lot of things. He actually deals with high end ball pythons, but I dont think we want that to get out in this forum with as many naturalist in here..it could hurt his rep ; )

this is a male from Marks 03 babies i agree he looks a little small to me as well but is a hyper little snake seems to be in great health i bought Marks last female originally but it died right after it got here for no reason so he sent me this one as a replacement for the female im still going to buy a female out of the next litter as well right now i am waiting on an email back from Mark about an adult male brazilian rainbow boa hoping he has one hopefully i can find a good deal on greens later this year as well im moving to a new home with a full basement will have plenty of room to build nice adult sized anaconda enclosures i have been following the forums noticed one of you didnt live too far away i think it was MR Anaconda lives in Indiana i have seen many pics of his snakes in these forums seems like the man knows his condas might see if i can talk him into taking a little drive this way to help me construct cages later this year lol

MR_ANACONDA28 May 05, 2004 01:49 AM

Were do you live crazy??? your goin to have to build more than one cage with those cute little burms you have. My advise is to buy a few Monster Cages. They are cheaper then I can build them.

dont think they make cages big enough for my needs lol forget about the cute little burms got a few cute little african rock pythons and reticulated pythons as well

MR_ANACONDA28 May 05, 2004 11:34 AM

The guy ate Monster Cages will custom make any size that you need. He also breeds large constrictors as well as anacondas. Kelly uses the Neodasha 8footers for his breeders. How big do you plan on making your cages?? A walk in room for each snake would be cool. You have all these snakes that are going to get huge. They are going to eat you out of house and home. Better start a rabbit and goat breeding thing now.lol

i have already got rabbits started dont feel like messing with goats started breeding rabbits as soon as i brought my burm home for the burmese, reticulated, and african rock pythons im building a cage that is 20 feet long 8 feet tall and 4 feet out from the wall then dividing it into 3 sections each section 2 feet tall and putting removable dividers between males and females during breeding season remove the dividers and give these huge snakes 20 feet to breed in and their own 10 foot section the rest of the year as far as the condas are concerned havent figured out that yet

MR_ANACONDA28 May 05, 2004 02:06 AM

DONT look for a good deal on a green. I cant tell you enough how important it is to buy from a GREAT breeder. Pay the price no matter what it is for a quality green that has been bread by a good breeder. If your going to buy a green contact Kelly Haller in this forum and ask him if he has any more avalible. If he does not WAIT till he has some next year. I just bought a green from Kelly and know of one more person who is goin to. Kelly makes sure that all his snakes are eating a good diet of rats before they go out the door, and that takes months to do. If you read Reptile magazine check out the January issue. Kelly wrote that. If you dont read it FIND IT. This will tell you SO much about anacondas(yellow or green it applies). A tip with your yellow baby, dont push him. Let him come to you on his terms. Us dfr's chair advise once a week or so. Your snake is going to bite you alot, DONT give up on him, it will pay off in the end. DFR and I are the only yellow keepers in the forum that I know of, dfr has helped me alot with taming my little one. I owe him alot of thanx because of the tips he has given me. Again nice little yellow.
