I'm sorry-this is one of those boredom/excitement posts. I got my pair of uromastyx geyri today and they've just been so much fun. I can't fall asleep because I'm too excited about seeing them in the morning and starting hand feeding sessions. I wanna take it reeeaaal slow and comfortable with them. Doug at deerferfarms said that the key is to give them space so they get space, love uro food, and no more fertilizer! I guess I should get back to sleep....I hope there are one of those photo contest dealies for uros soon. Oh and should I be worried if the female, phoebe who is two inches bigger but not shown any dominant behavior other than pushing rongo off of a rock possibly by accident, is sleeping in one of the hides while Rongo, the fraidy cat baby, sleeps on the rock ledges in the open? He has his head tucked into a rock crevice. God I love these two! Thanks for reading my horrible post...
