Tegus, Monitors, Iguanas.

I'm kinda partial to Argentine Black and White Tegu's and Blue Tegu's myself, but Asian Water Monitors or Savannah Monitors could easily fit in there.

would a 2 foot width be enough though? if it was a monitor, i was planning for a black rough next, but was pretty skeptical that they could fit into a tank thats only 2 feet wide, thats the only down side to the entire tank

Sheltopusiks are cool, so are uromastyx, as are chuckwallas and beaerded dragons, a large leaf chameleian tank also works out, or a giant dart drog tank with a running stream going through the center of the tank, blue tongue skinks would also work, as would nephrus geckos, ackie or storrs monitors, or black headed or kimberly rock monitors, dwarf tegus, dwarf iguanas, and any others.

i got a beardie already in 75 gallon ackies are pretty cool, was considering them,

could i hold a bosc in a 6' x 3' x 4' vivarium for about 2 years? then upgrade the length and width,

My bad...

Depending on your budget, you could keep a group of ackies in there (supposedly pretty entertaining). I can't remember if the males are aggressive towards each other, so if you choose to get ackies clear that up first.

that length x width x height? if it is, same thing im thinking of lol, even if its width by length, exact same floor space just turned 90 degrees

Adult green iguanas get upwards of 6 feet. The minimum length of their enclosure for a 6ft adult is 9 feet more if possible! this is the size of a large closet or a tiny room. They also need lots of height to climb and they need as mych width as possible so they can have floor space to come down to soak or whatever it is they wish to do. Not to mention the problems of heating and humidity in a "tank". I do not recommend you getting an iguana to put into your 7 ft tank. Maybe a snake or a smaller lizard?
