take a pic of? I have seen pics of biggish looking hogs but I cant really tell if they are full grown or not...PLEASE!!!

geez I said WESTERN and I specified a male so I dont know why he went off on me like I didnt know anything...Its not like I was asking for some intricate or detailed project just a friggin picture...FINE..Dont show me the pic...........

I didn't make anyone look stupid. I offered a suggestion. It was easier than giving someone else a project, going and taking a picture with their hognose against some object. It is not hard to look at the length of an animal and then get a rough girth size from it based on what you can see in ALL of the pics on the forums.

Not all hogs grow to the same size. Some are smaller strains, some are larger strains. Different sexes get different sizes. Why don't you just look up the maxiumum size and then look at a ruler??? That would tell you what to expect quite easily.

gives a length.I can have a pencil and a can of coke the same length but its not quite the same size.Im not an idiot I think I know that they can vary in size give or take an inch or two..I just havent seen anything but babies. I just wanted a stupid picture of an adult..

It still isn't hard. Proportionally they don't change much.

He is not done growing but he certainly is an adult. According to SW Snake Measurer he is 22 inches long. He is pretty thin because he doesn't like to eat during breeding season, but who does? I've had him since he was only 5 inches long. He is 3 years old.

appreciate it..Somehow I expected thier heads to get alot bigger.I saw a fullgrown mexican hognose once and it almost looked like a rattlesnake with the wide head..The westerns basically look the same only bigger..Thanks again-Ray
