I have posted pictures of her before asking if she was a ghost. She is starting to shed now and her body is starting to turn a peach color. Does that mean she is a orange ghost or what? Here is a picture of her now.

When did you get this wild caught? Is it eating for you? Just curious.
please tell me that it is a wild caught, if not are you feeding it live? is it a rescue?
Why all the scars? Some look pretty fresh to me.
It looks like a nicely colored normal to me.
If it is a ghost, it will have NO pattern or color to it's shed.

Yes, she is sort of a rescue. A guy gave her to me a few months ago becaues while in his care she got burnt by a ceramic heater he didnt really tell me exactly how it happened but I didnt really care she needed someone who knew how to take care of her and so I gladly took her in and have been healing her up since. I am thinking that she was at one point a wild cought the guy she came from didnt say. she has ate for me only once (a freshly killed rat) she was obviously not in the mood to eat when I got her. Her sheds have no pattern and I know that she is a ghost but I just dont know what kind of ghost. That was my question how can you tell the different types of ghosts. I breed pastels myself and just dont know truthfuly. Thank You all for the consern and replies
I think the previous owner also let her be nibbled on by her food! The small scares there arent from a ceramic heater, if it were they would be smaller and fewer. Also I highly dout thats a ghost. Id have to say that its a normal with a nice color. Probley more than likley a result of her locality (meaning where she is from).

After she sheds please post a pic of her shed with one of a pastel (I've wondered about them) and perhaps one of a normal.
I have heard of and even seen a het ghost that shed clear. I'm also not sure how those ones that suddenly turn axanthic looking shed and there is some talk that at least some of those may have to do with skin damage so maybe it all feeds in together. Maybe sometimes just one copy of the ghost gene can cause clear sheds and maybe sometimes skin damage can cause clear sheds also.
