I cannot keep my leos out of their humid hides...

lizzylizard May 05, 2004 03:58 PM

They all have other hides but will not come out of their humid hides unless they are hungry. They are all just babies. Could this cause problems, being that it is too much humidity for them? Or when they are babies do they need more moisture than adults? Any info would be appreciated,

Lisa

babies tend to be more nervous. I wouldnt consider it a problem, as long as they look healthy, and they are eating/drinking fine.

Just let them be, they'll come around

I actually haven't seen them drink. I think their humid hides are so humid they probably just lick the inside of them.

Mine do the same actually, he's in his humid hide all day and come out a few hours in the evening for his lunch. I guess that he is out during the night.
