No,snake get all the calcium they need from their mice. Todd

.......Because they eat and digest whole organisms, bones and all, they get a balanced diet from their rodent prey. This is also why they, unlike many other reptiles, do not require UV light. Duffy

Ok cool....I was just wondering...Ive got books on them and ive read caresheets and stuff...but never really saw anything about...just double checking....only because I know my gecko does...but now that I think about it makes sence...eating the bones I'm sure she would get plenty of calicum...and my gecko just eats crickets...anyway, thanks for the info

Breeding females can sometimes benefit from a calcium supplement in the few weeks between ovulation & laying. This prevents them "robbing" calcium from their bone mass to form egg shells.

I agree that a healthy Corn that's eating a standard rodent diet, shouldn't need any supplements.
