Is sunlight coming through a window screen considered "unfiltered"??

I'd have to say it's unfiltered, you can get a sunburn through a screen window, but not a glass one.

sunburn and UVB light are different rays...

glass blocks all UVB. that is why the UVB bulbs are made from quartz. Screening can block as much as 50% of the UVB rays coming through.
