cage construction

mattj May 06, 2004 01:16 PM

alright, I'm going for bomb proof this time. i know how to work out the lights/temp/humidity fine. this time I'm going for piss/[bleep]/claw resistant. I've heard stainless steel lined cages are good for that. how about building a 2' wall w/ concrete blocks and sealing it right on the slab in my basement to contain the substrate and tieing a wood frame w/ glass or plexi top to it?

btw, this is for me sweet sweet BT

The bottom is concrete, then stick built, and all covered with FRP.

The bottom layer of cages have 4' wide, 10' long by 8' high outside parts. The top row is for holding. Thanks FR

That is absolutely awesome. Congratulations on being so successful as to have something like that. I may sound a little out of it but what is FRP?? I'd love to see more pics like that if you have them. Again, totally amazing. A wall of reptiles, whats better?
