the higher quality geckos dont always come at such a cheap price. I dont know what your budget is..but if you are looking to produce nice morphs that everyone wants...your gonna have to dish out a bit of money.
I purchased most of my first geckos mainly because I wanted to hatch babies, regardless of their morph and color. But now that ive experienced the wonders of breeding and hatching, and I want to get into some more "fancier" morphs, im stuck with some of my "duller" geckos. Not saying this is so bad, I love them all to death. But the food bill can get quite high. And since I love them so much, id hate to part with them. So now ive got 18 geckos that are for the most part, low quality. Ive got a few that are what id consider higher quality morphs, but im still looking to expand to even nicer morphs, and I know this is going to cost me some serious cash in the long run. And maybe ill have to eventually give up a few of my "normals" to do so.
So if what you really want to produce are the high quality morphs, id save up, and start with that. Unless you are looking to just breed a few just for the wonderful experience of hatching eggs.
Its all up to you, but make your choice wise, so that you wont have such a hard time feeding them all later on when you expand.

for cheap...hmm..first place that comes to mind is xtremereptiles.com, they have a few different morphs, and normally sell them in wholesale lots, or individually.

This sort of depends on your definition of "cheap". To me, "cheap" for a quality gecko would be anywhere from $100 - $200 depending on the morph. For some of the common morphs: hy, sht, htct, some albinos, etc... I wouldn't pay much for, I already have enough of those. There are always good deals on line (yes, on KS) if you are patient.
