Alright, well I was watchin a movie the other night and i heard this sort of ruffling coming from my leo cage, so i walk into the other side of my room and crack the closet light and i see Wedge, my little male leo, crawling up on the top of this fake plant i have in there. I was really suprised he could climb up it, but the wiring in the branches of the plant is pretty strong so i guess he could. I was all like "Wedge, what're ya doin man, get down from there" but he didn't seem to catch on, so I went back to my movie. Anyways, I heard some more ruffling of plastic leaves and then some kind of "clanging" sounds liek the top of the cage, and so i walk back in there and wedge is completely upside down, climbing across the inside of the screen top lol, crazy dare-devil gecko. I'll probably cut the plant down so he can't do that anymore, because i'm afraid he'll fall and break something.

Haha mine used to do the same thing i just took the plant and bent the leaves down a bit you dont have to cut it.

my gecko got out a couple days ago. i got a call at work yesterday that they found killer. my dad was filling the fridge with sodas. killer came out from under the fridge, sat down right next to him, and gave him that look that all leos give. my dad said he jumped almost sh!t his pants, and ran up the stairs. hahahaha. i couldnt stop laffing, ive never seen him scared of ne thing.

That's to funny....so did he get him back into the cage or is he still on the loose?
the cats kept him under the fridge till i got home to get him. my dad knows what animals i have, but he never accually seen the geckos, and knew the tails can come off, so he didnt wanna go after it.

lol....Glad it's alright..My mom was visiting once and she's scared of lizard and of course I have 12 leos and at the time I had 2 bearded dragons. Well we were on vacation and my mom was staying here and my bearded dragon got out and my mom didn't want it "crawling" on her at night so she got my tongs out and was chasing the thing around the house until she caught it. She didn't hurt it thankfully but her talking about it was soooo funny.
That's crazy, why would someone be scared of a lizard?? They're so cute.. I guess it's a girl thing. My mom and girlfriend both think my leos are adorable though, but then again we always had reptiles around growing up, and the g/f's parents own a pet supply store.
