I don't know what the right info is for you but I will say that my young pyxies are in a big, deep 30 and they have gotten out if the lid isn't on and weighted down! Go figure.

I don't understand what your trying to say.I said DWARF pixies.

and two posts down you weren't sure what you had. I was offering input. Sorry for offending your over active ego.
These two were given two me in this enclosure and have thrived for 5 years there. I have found darn little about care with either species so I would love to see your reference.

I am sorry, yes, I was having a bad morning. But it did sound like you were complaining that I responded because I didn't have the same species. I am sorry for coming on strong. I can't turn my head without a great deal of sharp pain just now and it makes me cranky. Thank goodness for chiropracters.
My pyxies are about the size of adult dwarfs right now and they try to get out of their 30gal often enough to have to weight the lid down.

Pacman...you post was rude as well (since you apparently think hers was). I think Sonya did not exactly deserve the curt reponse you offered her. She offered her opinion. And as I have been over before, I keep all of my horned frogs in 20 gallons as well. The dwarf pyxies I have had moved around a fair amount as well.

I didn't write that in a rude manner whatsoever.I didn't understand what she was saying. How is that being rude?I didn't even reply to her post with a rude comment after being insulted.Sometimes things in writing become muttled and it is hard to understand the tone or way in which a person is saying something.
Also I believe your not supposed to keep more then one pixie in one cage.
Yes they are muth more active and can jump!
Mvh Joe
They are a lot more active. Also, unlike a horned frog, pyxies can leap quite far. In a smaller tank, that would mean hitting into the glass a lot.
