i dont think they can, besides arent virus very specific?

ya, usually viruses can't even jump species, let alone phylums. haha, im not to bright, so i hope that the herps is the phylum. anyone wanna help me? if you dont know what im talking about im talking about the taxonomy of animals, like the kingdom of leopard geckos is animalia, and the genus is Eublapharis(sp?). so if anyone knows if that is the phylum, help me, cos' now im gonna be stuck on it till i figure it out.

Just got out of biology last year. Dont really remember the phylums to good, Reptilia is one of the classifications that they are in. I think Reptilia is the phlyum actually, but not too sure.
