For though’s of you that have not heard ..the shipment of pumilio that was due to come in last night was stopped byu fish and game and is being held. Apparently they have stopped shipments from panama and they also have suspicion that the pumilio where not in fact farm raised animals.

Here is something I have always wondered: Do the people at Fish and Game know how to take care of dart frogs? And do they have the means to? If they are going to hold them they had better know but I always wondered.

If an shipment is seized and not sent back then the live animals are usually held at a Zoo or aquarium until the case is settled. Then depending on the animals they are then parceled out to other Zoo, aquariums or other approved institutions.
