One if not the best is the poths or its other name philodendron, it is really esay to grow needs little light and can take alot of water before it dies.

Whites arr very heavy frogs,so its hard to find good decent plants for them. Alot of the ones Ive used with my whites have been Jade,Pothos,Calathea, Bromiliads(all kinds!), and certain ferns and ivys. Just do a quick search for Safe Vivarium Plants, and you should get some results. You can find most plants you can use at supermarkets, home depots, craft stores and nurserys, just make sure you look them up to see if they are toxic or not. Also, when purchasing new plants, its a good idea to replant them in the same type of soil youre using in your animals tank, and make sure you get all perlite off. Also, rinse the plant down in a mild soap water,to get rid of any pesticides that could hurt the frog. Also make sur eyou let the plant sit for atleast 3 weeks becfore adding it to your enclosure. Good luck!

Different types of bromeliads are great for WTF's. Just check out the houseplant section of your local plant nursery. I also use english ivy in my tank. You can use garden ties to attach it to sticks and let it grow up in the tank. White's love to rest on it. I also purchased varying types of ground cover to grow on the bottom of the tank. My froggie loves to rest there during the day. Hope this helps!
