Here are some not so great pics of my ambanja's. I wanted input on what sex they might be. I think the first is a female and the second a male - I hope!

looks like a male female to me i would trade for an unrelated male/female when they get a lil' older in order to breed
I won't breed them. I just wish the people selling them would give the same good advice. The vendor actually encouraged me to buy a "pair" and breed them even though they are of the same bloodline. I went ahead and got both of them b/c they were such a good price though
what vendor sold them to you?
Davidson Dragons. But in the guys defense, it was a kid that was working for him that told me that. I'm not sure if the guy was paying his help comission for each one they sold or what, but the kid also told me that males shouldn't be housed alone after I said I only wanted a male. I since have read nothing but why you should house males alone though. I figured by buying two I'd have a better chance of actually getting a male because they couldn't definitively sex them at 2 weeks. Anyway, I would have brought it to their attention that it wasn't cool to inbreed, but it slipped my mind that they were the same bloodline until the drive home... too much sauce the night before
I just wish people were all in it for the right reasons - wishful thinking I know.

Well, regardless if it was a kid telling you this or not, they should not have even been for sale at 2 weeks old. Sounds like a very irrisponsible breeder. Someone to add to my "avoid at all costs" list.

I know exactly what you mean. I just hope these weren't the result of inbreeding. The picture he had of the sire was beautiful. Like I said, if not for the price I would have bought them elsewhere, but I'm taking a lot better care of them than he would have.
