Please, anyone help I think my snake is dying in my arms!!!

I walked past the tank and saw lucy my BP was all twisted like she was eating (I know she wasn't) so I picked her up and she started kind of flailing and twisting on herself. We have no vets around here open at midnight. I though it might be constipation so I put her in for a soak. She passed very little and I couldn't keep her head out of the water and feared aspiration. She is around my neck now, quiet, with her head and neck ina type of pigstail curly-q. Anyone please help
