Anyway can anyone think what could be causing this? She hasn't beeen exposed to anything new or toxic that I am aware of and she was just fine last night.Any help is greatly appreciated

When I was first starting with herps, I had a Boa constrictor that died of an intestinal blockage. He acted like your snake just before he died. I'm sorry and I hope I'm wrong. If he makes it until morning get him to a vet immediately. Good luck.

...periods of normal behavior mixed with these types of signs it could be CNS (central nervous system)-related or cardiovascular, due to stroke or heart function abnormalities. Very little is known about cardiovascular disease in snakes. Intestinal blockage accompanied by infarction (ie intestinal stroke) would NOT likely lead to periods of normal behavior/demeanor.
Early IBD is a possibility. There's not much that can be done except watch and wait. Keep us posted.
