pay no attention to the 7% number it means 7% of the lamps output power is UVB. pretty meaningless number. I don't know anyone who has had any good experience with ESU lights including me.

When I first got into snakes, I would buy ESU lamps from the petstore. I was lucky if they lasted a couple of months. They are way too expensive and not worth it at all.

the Zoo-Med Reptisun 5.0 is a very good bulb, in my opinion.
