Need some Advice please...

I have a female het blizzard thats about 2 years old now... Well... she's very lethargic.. doesn't want to move.. has lost a lot of weight in a very short time despite being hand fed and then syringe fed. The only reptile vet we have around here is 3 hrs away...and out of the office now... Lilith has an abnormally hard mass inside the left side of her abdomen... It feels almost rock like.. is palpatable and has a very irregular shape. The only thing I've ever felt like it was either A. a tumor.. or B.. a calcified kidney... and right now I'm not sure there's much to be done for her. She has been to the vets once through this... he thought she might be egg bound.. and she had a mild RI (Which is a long story and not my fault)The RI cleared up... and she laid one clutch of eggs even though she'd been seperated from her mate... now she's taken a massive turn for the worst again and I'm just wondering what to do.... if there's anything left to do.

She's on slate tiles.. temps 80 cool side.. 90 warm side.. Hides on either end... has been fed on mealworms her whole life.. Her tank mate she was with is just fine... he's not sick... and she's been progressively getting worse despite treatment.. I've tried calling other vets but they're all closed for the evening and only one had an emergency number and it was to a message service.. (I live in Vermont out in the middle of nowhere) Can't post pics at the moment.. I don't have batteries for my camera... She looks horrible though....her body is stick like and stiff... she barely lifts her head and I'm at the end my rope at the moment. You can't see this mass in her abdomen but you can feel it... She's dehydrated that much I can tell and thats still in spite of being soaked and syringe fed...She had a shed... and wouldn't even pull it off herself.. It was on her for 2 days before I decided to get it off for her....

Thanks for the input.... I had her to the vet on a strange lump beneath her jaw that she's had for the last 12 months.... had been healthy up until 2 months ago... eating just fine and everything.. but I was concerned about that lump. The vet I took her to said it was just a fatty deposit in an odd place... and she should be fine.. gave her a clean bill of health and sent me on my way... that was when I first got her in June last year... And now this has come up....she really doesn't look good... I've actually put her in the incubator for a while because I don't have any eggs in there right now.. to make certain of the temps and everything around her.. see if it helps at all.. but its sort of a last resort thing.... I dunno if I see her pulling through this... and I hate to see her suffering.. but the vets who are open around here won't even see a reptile so I can't have her suffering ended humanely... which sucks big time... I hate watching her like this...
