Hi!
I picked up my first lil savannah monitor at a show today 
Its about 5 or so inches long. He/she made a beeline for the hidey cave the second it touched the floor of its new enclosure and hasnt been out much since. Quick question, should i wait about a week of just feeding and keeping clean before i try handling him/her? or should i give it more time? less time? Thanks
