ive always used vermiculite for my humidity boxes and nest boxes. ive noticed vermiculite in their feces resently. i guess this means i should try peat moss or something different. im feeding then normally, and supplementing so i dont think theres much i can do about them ingesting it.

Don't use vermiculite!!! I just had a gecko die from impaction as a result of ingesting it.
