Are they being housed together? If so, seperate them immediately. The large one could be intimidating the little one. Are they getting plenty of calcium/ Is the littlest one eating a lot?

Knowing a little about your situation I don't think you have to separate them. I have had plenty of success housing them together until they reach 6-7 months old. As long as they are all eating and the dominate one is not attacking the others I don't see a problem. What you may want to do is add another basking light or just add some other areas to bask under the current light. They will establish a pecking order and select areas accordingly, however, I often see the smaller ones laying on top of the dominate ones. Just give them some options and they will do fine. The key is whether or not they are eating and making sure one is not abusing another one.

Some dragons do their "fast" growing as babies while others will hit spurts a few months down the road. It's very possible for the small one to spurt past the others later on.

UV is very important to growth as is enough room to grow in peace without feeling intimadated. I would separate them as soon as possible. GOOD LUCK!
