Need help breeding balls.

I have a few questions about breeding balls.
1. What month should i start cooling them?
2. What should the temps be?
3. When should i introduce the male to the females?
4. How big or old should the females be?
5. What monh should i heat them up?
Thanks for any help. I have a pair of 100% het for albinos that i plan on breeding.
