can heat pads be stuck to plastic for balls, corns?

Yes they can be, but you NEED to use a lamp dimmer or rheostat along with a digital thermometer in place OVER the heat pad to know the temps. Otherwise a uncontrolled heat pad can get WELL over 110 degrees.

A little hint as well. In the subject, write something a little more descriptive, like "can my heating pad melt my rubbermaids" instead of "HELLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!" And you might get more answers.
