What is the best way to get them out of their enclosures, mine will strike at any attempt to pick up, this becomes a problem when cleaning comes.

i find if you spray them with water from a mister etc... they will retreat back to their hides and you can grab them once out they arent a problem

I recently bought an indoor snake hook. Works like a charm...

Tap them first. It lets them know you are there. Might help.

depends on the snake. My albino which is smaller I use garden gloves to pick him up now and it saved me from a bite yesterday.

one of my bigger ones I drop a towel down over him and then pick him up with the towel on him makes him a little calmer.

just a few ideas you could try.
