I'll start by saying you've all been very helpful in the past, my question is, am I, or can I over feed my tegu? I know they grow fast, but this just seems out of control, about 8 inches in 6 weeks, and he's awfully fat, to me at least. He's now 25 inch or so. Will he stop eating when he's full, or just keep eating? Thanks

when some of mine were little guy's and only when they were in their growing spurt i would feed them untill they were full and after they grew into older age i slowed their feeding down to 3 to 4 times a week,but it is important to give them that food when they are young and growing fast like everyday...good luck with your tegu ...

He will stop when he is full. I feed my male almost 3 tear old every 4 days now. hope thgis helps Russ
